If you’re experienced and wish to refine your practice, one-to-one sessions are the best way to do it. Together, we can have an in depth look at your yoga practice and what we can do to improve it even further.
For beginners, one-to-one classes are a wonderful way to start yoga - especially if you haven’t done any exercise for a while. I will be able to support every step of your practice, assisting you with your weaknesses as well as making you aware of your strengths and possibilities. Having a few private sessions will familiarise you with the various yoga postures and boost your confidence.
It is also a great way to help you recover from injuries or operations.
