Online Classes

Here's the deal:

- Block of 8 Classes + Videos £32 - Includes 2 live classes per week. Videos of each class of the current block become available on our Vimeo account a couple of hours after class. This is great if you miss the Live-online version or if you’d like to redo a particular class during the 28-day block period. 

- Drop in anytime -£7

• Wednesday - 6:30 - 8pm - Slow Flow Hatha - All levels

• Friday - 7:00 - 8:30am Fundamentals - An early morning practice going more into detail though the specifics of the postures.
